1. Our Products All jewellery sold by DJKA Handmade Jewellery is handcrafted using materials such as glass beads, clay beads, and rondelle beads. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, size, and bead placement may occur. These variations are not defects — they are what make each piece uniquely yours.

2. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays within the United States. Custom orders may require additional processing time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. No Returns or Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details, including how to report damaged or defective items.

5. Custom Orders Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product photos, descriptions, and branding, is the property of DJKA Handmade Jewellery and may not be reproduced without permission.
